Jim has experience mediating civil cases of every description, including personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, employment disputes, catastrophic injury claims, multi-party disputes, professional malpractice claims and construction claims, to name just a few.

Jim is particularly adept at establishing rapport with all participants so that the negotiations can proceed with candor, mutual respect and dignity.  A significant percentage of cases do settle at mediation.  For those that don’t, Jim will afterwards continue his work with counsel – and their clients -- to achieve a resolution.
